Why Hire a Professional Realtor?

Smart home sellers realize they need the expertise of a REALTOR® in the sales process. And only REALTORS®, who are members of the National Association of REALTORS®, follow a time-tested Code of Ethics, where other real estate licensees may not. My commitment to you proves my dedication towards your real estate buying and selling plans.

I'll help you navigate the myriad of decisions that arise when buying and selling a home. And having me as your agent provides value to you in many ways:

  • You pay nothing upfront. You only pay your Realtor if they sell your home.
  • We Pay for all marketing and advertising costs.
  • I bring experience and expertise in all aspects of the sales process including marketing, financing, negotiations and more.
  • I manage and handle all showings of your property.
  • I Bring a network of known, trusted real estate professionals. If I do not have the answer, I will find someone who does.
  • Always has your interests in mind so you always have someone on your side.
  • Can handle and advise on all price and contract negotiations.
  • Provides you with all the possible options and opportunities without holding back.
  • Give an unbiased, realistic view of your home and your options. Unlike buyers and sellers, an agent has no emotional attachment to property.
  • Has the knowledge to help you ask the right questions.
  • Being a third party, potential buyers are more likely to tell your agent the truth about your home, even if it is unflattering. This objective viewpoint will help you make the necessary changes to get your home sold.
  • Your time is valuable. A real estate agent allows you to spend your time how you want.
  • We do not just place a sign on your home for sale, we actively market your home, not only to prospective buyers but to fellow agents.
  • Why don't most agents discount their commission? Because we work hard to marketyour, negotiate with interested Buyers to get you the best price, and get your home sold without the headache.

My Certifications

Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR)

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. There are five major requirements to attain and use the ABR® designation:

  • completion of a 2-day ABR core course through an accredited course provider,
  • or completion of the REBAC®  Web course,
  • or completion of the satellite television education programming
  • Completion of one elective course. Current members who have already obtained the ABR® designation are grandfathered as to the elective course requirement.
  • Passing a written examination on legal and practical aspects of agency representation.
  • Practical experience requirement of acting as a buyer's representative in 5 documented and verifiable transactions.  (Valid transactions are those that occurred anytime prior to and up to 36 months after the date the course was completed.)
